One report per test: For each test ordered from this store, you will receive one report detailing the species detected.

e.g. if you buy x5 ‘vertebrate + fish (freshwater)’, you will receive two reports, one with all the vertebrate test results from the 5 samples, and another, separate report, for all the fish test results from the 5 samples.

Your report contains cutting-edge metrics to help you make the very best decisions for nature, and feed into your ESG / TNFD / CSRD etc. reporting.

One delivery address per order: For each order placed, all kits on that order will be delivered to a single address, entered during checkout.

One sampling event, for one project, per order: Each order is for one project only, and for only one sampling event for that project. If you are purchasing for multiple sampling events or multiple projects, please place a separate order for each sampling event.

A sampling event simply means that all tests under that event will be reported together.

During checkout, please confirm project name, sampling event name and contact details for your project lead: During checkout please confirm the name of the project's sampling event this order is to be assigned to and the name and email address of your 'project lead' - this is the individual who we will notify when reports are ready, and is responsible for managing access to reports in the NatureMetrics Intelligence Platform.

All items in an order will be processed and reported together: All reports for all tests on an order will be issued together, once all samples have been returned and your Sample Manifest completed. Click here for more info on your Sample Manifest.
