Shipping times and costs

Shipping costs quoted at checkout cover both the shipping of kits out to you, plus the shipping of your samples back to our labs.

Delivery times
We ship worldwide*
 
Estimated shipping times:

UK

  • Mainland England & Wales: 2 working days. Order before 11am for next working day delivery
  • England & Wales (islands), Scotland (mainland) and Northern Ireland: 3 working days
  • Scottish Highlands & islands: 5 working days

Europe*: 5 working days

Rest of the world: 14 working days.
 
 
We will notify you when the kits from your order have been shipped.
 
All kits on your order will be shipped in one batch, to the one shipping address you provide on the order.

If you need different kits to go to different shipping addresses, please create a separate order for each shipping address. Please note, if you do this, each order will be reportedly separately. One order = one set of reports. All the tests on one order, will be reported together on one set of reports. We do not combine multiple orders into one report.

NatureMetrics handles shipping of both kits and samples

We ship your kits out to you, and handle the shipping of your samples back to our labs. When your samples are ready to be shipped to us, please contact us and we will arrange the shipping. Please do not make your own arrangements for the shipping of your samples back to us - we will handle this for you.


Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Shipping costs include:

  • the shipping of your kits to you
    • goods are delivered 'duty paid' (subject to local taxes)
  • the shipping of your samples back to our labs


Delivery country not listed at checkout? 
During checkout, if you are unable to enter your delivery address because your intended delivery country is not listed, please keep your order in your cart and get in touch. We may still be able to deliver your order to you.

Shipping samples back to NatureMetrics
When your samples are ready for collection, please always contact NatureMetrics to arrange shipping. Please do not ship samples yourself. When your samples are ready to be collected, notify us by completing this form.
 
Please store and pack your samples in accordance with the instructions detailed on the relevant kit instruction protocol.
 
We handle shipping, but it is your responsibility to ensure that all export permits, CITES admin, or approvals to collect and remove samples are in place and comply with the applicable local laws relevant to where the samples are collected.
 
If you think your samples may contain toxic or hazardous materials, or biological pollutants, please make us aware of this before any samples are shipped.
